BookRata analyzes books for content—like language, sexual content, violence, LGBTQ+ themes, and religious elements— and presents results using a simple tier system for quick clarity so readers know exactly what to expect.

Submit for verification
Once verified, upload your manuscript(s)
We will rate your book(s) and add them to the library with ratings and tags

Connect

We use tags instead of genres so as not to put your book in a single box. Readers can search by overall rating, category ratings, tags, and author names. New readers will find your books based solely on content, not popularity.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Under your Account/Settings, fill out the author application with as much detail as possible. You will be sent another email for verification. After completing the application, enter Account/Settings in your Bookrata account and click on "Submit for Verification."
